    Pay: £25-30ph Depending on experience

    About the Role:
    We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Builder to join our team and work on a variety of tasks across different phases of our construction projects. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality craftsmanship, from groundworks and bricklaying to plastering and general building tasks, contributing to the success of both residential and mixed-use projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of building tasks, including basic 1st fix carpentry, plastering, tiling, bricklaying, and other construction duties.

    • Work on both residential and mixed-use projects as required.

    • Assist with site setup, including the preparation of materials and tools.

    • Ensure that all work is completed to high standards and in line with project specifications.

    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment on-site.

    Key Qualities:

    • Multi-skilled with experience in a wide range of construction trades.

    • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work.

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

    • Knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites.

  • Location: North Yorkshire
    Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £15-£20ph depending on experience

    About the Role:
    We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to support our team on various construction sites. In this role, you will assist with basic laboring tasks, carrying materials, setting up the site, and working closely with builders and foremen to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist builders and foremen with general labor tasks, including moving materials, digging, and site preparation.

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

    • Help with demolition, waste removal, and other site setup tasks.

    • Assist in carrying out basic construction tasks as required by the site team.

    • Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.

    Key Qualities:

    • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.

    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

    • Experience on construction sites with a basic understanding of building tasks.

    • Knowledge of basic health and safety standards on construction sites.

    • Proactive and willing to take on various tasks as needed.
